The PrimeSign waitlist and your details

This notice covers this website and its waitlist. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

PrimeSign is run by Prime Partners Pty Ltd. You can reach us about this site or your details at hello@primesign.com.au.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep:

• your name, work email and business or firm name
• the number of staff you chose, the type of business if you chose one, and any note you add
• the date and time you joined
• a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeated sign-ups, and your browser's user-agent string

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. To keep bots out of the form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you submit. Cloudflare describes what Turnstile processes in its own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about PrimeSign: to tell you when it is ready for you and to ask about what you need. We will not sell or share your details, and we will not add you to any other mailing list.

Where it is stored

The site and the waitlist are hosted with Cloudflare. Entries are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database that only Prime Partners can access. Cloudflare may store and process data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Until PrimeSign opens and we have been in touch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Removing or correcting your details

Email hello@primesign.com.au from the address you signed up with and we will remove or correct your entry. You can also ask to see what we hold about you.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us first at the address above. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
